Michael Warnick is a distinguished designer with a focus on usability and functionality. He has years of experience with both agency and client side design initiatives. As the CCO, Michael is engaged on every project from beginning to end. He will ensure that the level of design meets the standards required of clients. Having spent years working in the design industry and understanding current design trends Michael not only has the ability to grasp and realize the client's vision he will also advise on feasibility and scope.

Prior to Warnick Design Group, Michael was the Sr. Web Designer at Websense where he directed and implemented all aspects of the company's marketing needs. Including: corporate website redesign and management (CMS), channel marketing, marketing campaign design(print and online), microsite design and development, event collateral design, internal website design and management (PRM and Sharepoint environments).

Prior to that, Michael was Sr. Designer at Blue Mine Group for 5 years, playing an integral part in its development and growth online. Michael helped the company formulate a solid set of online offerings mainly directed at marketing emerging technologies.

Michael is also a member of the San Diego Software Industry Council, www.sdsic.org.

Michael is a graduate of Instructional Design and Technology at California State University, Chico.

Teresa Wade is going on her 14th year in Business Development. She has been a major contributor to the company's development through her ability to build strong relationships with repeat customers and establishing new ones. She oversees lead generation programs through various markets, works with local government agencies and ultimately assures the complete satisfaction of our clients. Her exceptional customer service ensures clients that Warnick Design Group will meet and exceed all expectations for quality. Teresa is capable of establishing and building high level relationships with a strong track record in positioning organizational capabilities.

Teresa is an active member of Society of Marketing Professionals (SMPS) www.smps.org.

Majoring in Graphic Design and Minoring in Studio Arts Jon studied Computer Art for the Web as the classes became available and later earned his Masters Candidacy in Digital Animation from CSU Chico. After graduating Jon managed all internal and external design projects of a Sacramento multi-media company, utilizing his skills in animation and web applications. In 2002, founded Loud Monkey Productions, moved to Southern California and continued his work as an independent contractor. Having strong animation and production skills, Jon joined the Warnick Design team to head Motion design team.

When he's not managing clients, writing Action Script code or designing websites he's fine tuning interactive CD-ROM's or adding the perfect soundtrack to flash animations.

Victor Lin is a web marketer focusing on web analytics and web design and development. With experience on both the client and agency side, he brings a dynamic approach to web marketing as well as an analytical mindset to track and improve online user experience. Before working with Warnick Design Group, Victor worked at Sapient for a major B2B client. Prior to Sapient, he also worked for Websense, helping them improve their corporate website.

Victor is a graduate of University of California, Irvine with a degree in International Studies
